  Ms. Gupta has been the driving force behind the brand. She initially, started BAFEL with a single room in 2001 and operated from a shared- office. With utmost zeal, dedication and knowledge, she shaped BAFEL into an extensive Training Institute with three- classrooms and an independent office by 2002. And ever since there has been no looking back!She grabbed Media’s attention when BAFEL first started training SC/TO/TC in DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) during the Common Wealth Games. Various renowned English and Hindi, National and Regional electronic channels along with International channels including The BBC, Franka 24 and Australian ABC -extensively covered BAFEL, highlighting its efficiencies in training. She later took the road-less-travelled and conducted exclusively designed training programmes for different untouched segments including the Naxalites, Fire & Security for NTPC and more.Her strong business acumen clubbed with diligent efforts has today, positioned BAFEL at the ‘helm of affairs’, far ahead in a competitive race. She has intelligently expanded her business not only through Retail chains but also in Corporate Sectors, Embassies and Government bodies.At BAFEL, her chief aim is to create Leaders for tomorrow. To achieve this, she ensures continuous involvement in every aspect of business starting from creating modules, forming training methodologies, imparting education & training, preparing candidates for interviews and more. She also conducts T3 workshops, where she provides training to in-house trainers to initiate supreme training delivery, at each Centre.Besides this, she extends her expertise in all other aspects of trade including Operations, Accounting, Business Acquisition, Human Resources and more, to elevate internal trajectory, through all corners.
