Working as a Product Manager on Microsoft Designer - a V1 AI-First product from Microsoft which empowers users to fulfill all their visual creation needs using AI.-Owning efforts to make designer a truly inclusive product, across all platforms.

- Worked on a consumer facing product Flip, part of the Office Media Group.- Flip is a part of E+D division of Microsoft and is a video first social learning application.- Working as a part of the triad (PM, Developers and Designers)- Performed Primary and Secondary User Research including focused group interviews, one on one interviews, industry analysis, understanding competitor landscape.- Identifying wants, needs, pain points of users, analysing performance metrics, OKRs and business goals- Coming up with feature recommendations using research outcomes, analytics data, brainstorming with engineering and design teams, and using prioritisation frameworks.- Presented my learnings in the Sharefest in front of the Flip Leadership Team that visited IDC for the 1st time.

Part of the BAJA Alumni Committee for BAJA SAEINDIA 2020 and 2021 season. Worked as a part of the scoring team and Judges' Coordination Team. Led the Judges' Coordination Team for BAJA SAEINDIA 2021.

Lead a Team of 27 Under-Graduate Engineering Students "Resonance Racing" representing AISSMS College of Engineering,Pune at Mahindra BAJA SAE INDIA.Mahindra Baja SAEINDIA is an intercollegiate national level design competition run by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Students have to design, build and race off-road vehicles that can withstand the harshest elements of rough terrain. Also the students need to prove their product on the grounds of costing and marketing.Ranked overall 12th Nationally among 450 participating teams.
