At Otomato, I work as a UI/UX Designer responsible for:- Conducted benchmarking research on competitors to inform design decisions.- Created high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for web3 automation platform.- Developed micro-interactions to enhance user experience and product engagement.- Performed A/B testing and concept testing to validate ideas with users.- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize user flows and interface design.

I am collaborating with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) to design and research 73 new features for BRImobile, where my role as a UI Designer includes the following responsibilities:1. Conducting benchmarking through heuristic evaluation of competitors to identify potential improvements for the Personal Finance Management (PFM) feature.2. Developing design solutions based on insights gathered from the benchmarking process.3. Auditing the design system called BRIDEX and ensuring that design explorations from five teams align with the established standards.4. Managing the BRImo design system revamp to ensure it is consistent and usable across all design teams.

- Assessed 5 UNJANI project apps using 10 heuristic evaluations and user interviews to identify redesign and improvement opportunities based on common user issues.- Define the Problem Using an Empathy Map from the information that has been obtained and find the idea for existing applications using the framework How Might We with 7 things that can be improved- Designed Design System for 5 UNJANI applications used by 7 Bandung Techno Park (BTP) teams who develop UNJANI information system applications- Tested the UI application for usability approach using System Usability Scale (SUS) with an 83% score result
