Operation Maintenance and Service Department#General Responsible: • Provide Summary Budget Project (SBP). • Planning Building Budget Plan (RAB) and Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) • Planning Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activity daily, monthly, and yearly. • Planning, controlling and maintaining all operational mechanical and electrical supporting equipment (Rolling Door, Sliding Gate, Rapid Shutter, Elevator, Sound System, Hoist Crane, Air Curtain, Etc.)• Planning, Controlling and maintaining all operational Safety Fire Equipment System (Safety Inspection for Hydrant, Sprinkle & Bell Alarm, etc.)• Managing, Coordinating and controlling with Supervisor, Technician, QHSE and Helper Divison. • To plan, organize, develop and control the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System with QHSE Division. • To act in accordance with company policies with respect to the company QHSE Policies.• Reporting on performance of the QHSE. • Coordinate and develop with QHSE Division for Initiatives program to improve QHSE performance to improvement such as Safety meeting, Toolbox meeting, etc). • Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the company’sHealth, Safety and Environmental System.• Responsible for maintaining and improving adequacy and competenceof resources employed in relation to health, safety and environmental.
