PT Paragon Technology and Innovation is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company concerning in beauty industry, not only in makeup but also in personal care, include face care, skincare, and hair care. I was selected as one of student intern from total of 58,000++ registrants for internships (MBKM/Kampus Merdeka) at PTI.- Conducted a supplier performance evaluation using the AHP method.- Follow up supplier for the new parts event- Analyzed and supported continuous improvement projects to reduce rejection rate of packaging supplier’s finished goods.- Implemented lean manufacturing (5S) in supplier’s factory (packaging supplier) in order to improve PTI’s incoming packaging material quality.- Created production operational standards and working instruction of every machine (10+ machine) in the supplier’s factory (packaging supplier) - Performed time study of every machine (10+ machine) in the supplier’s factory (packaging supplier) in order to determine the standard time taken by workman and to estimate daily production capacity.
