It is a role with a great opportunity to lead different people, see different prospectives, to take a responsibility for an unfamiliar roles - Hilton Honors Champion - adapt to them and manage the tasks and team work accordingly as well as provide accurate information about news in the hotel and in the brand overall.

General duties are to supervise the front office team, follow standards, which are set by the brand and management. Moreover, train new team members, overlook at their performance, discuss it with the line manager. Develop team performance to more constant and productive. In addition, the great work environment gave me an opportunity to implement copywriting knowledge and be responsible for social media too.
