- 3.8+ Million square meters portfolio of Design-Managed projects.- Managing design-projects in direct coordination with top management and company CEO, and sister-companie's CEO's & owners- Communicating and coordinating with the relevant government agencies from service providers (city secretariats and authorities, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the National Housing Company, various housing agencies - Wafi, housing consultants, partnerships -, the National Water Company, the Saudi Electricity Company, the Saudi Telecom Company, .. etc.); To follow up and coordinate with regard to linking services to projects, approving preliminary and final design plans for buildings and infrastructure, and issuing licenses and clearances necessary to complete project implementation work.- Communicating and coordinating with the relevant private service providers (geological, cadastral, traffic, security studies (surveillance cameras), informatics (smart systems), etc.); To follow up and coordinate with regard to the needs of government, executive and project design agencies.- Conducting a buildability review during the design and modification phases.- Review submissions of design consultant(s) and forward comments to construction manager.- Ensure that the design consultant(s) incorporate comments raised from previous phases.- Carry out a review of materials suggested by the design consultant(s) and suggest alternatives to improve quality, future maintenance, safety and cost-effectiveness.- Review and audit change requests submitted by the design consultant(s).- Review tender documents for completeness before issuing them to bidders.- Determining design principles and visual identity for architectural, interior and landscape design in coordination with electromechanical design by managing the relationship with external parties (third party) for all current and future projects. & More.

Key Responsibilities/Project:• SONDOS (Tahliya Gate) Mixed-Use Project: - 2D drawings inspection in Architectural, Structural & FLS disciplines.• RAWABI AL HIJAZ Residential Project: - Continuous 2D drawings development. - Continuous representative for the NWC (National Water Company) as a Project Architect. - Systematically documenting all drawings; for municipality submission and permits filing.• PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND: - Fulfilling client's needs, as in the program & spatial planning, in addition to developing the architectural drawings. - Coordination with other disciplines team members (Structural Specialists, Surveyors & 3D Visualization Team) to implement the client's desires & requests.• PRIVATE DUPLEX VILLA: - Conceptual design solutions for a compact 500 sqm plot. - Implementation of client needs, and development for the spatial organization & planning. - Development of initial detailed 2D & 3D architectural drawings submission.• AC BY MARRIOT, a 4-Star Hotel, Corniche: - Coordination with the 3D Visualization Team to implement the client's desires & requests.• JUBAIL RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: - Develop 2D architectural drawings for low-rise residential apartment buildings.• PRIVATE MID-RISE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: - Realistic rendering for the apartment units; for sales purposes.• IIROSA MIXED-USE DEVELOPEMT: - Consultant representative for the design-phase process, document sharing & approvals.• FUEL STATION: - Develop facade treatments & 3D visualization proposals as per client needs.
