In my role at dijuno, I've led several key projects, significantly enhancing our digital products:Complete Redesign of the dijuno Application:Spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of the dijuno application, refining the user journey across the platform.Focused on intuitive design elements and seamless user navigation, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction.Designing the Auto-Ranging Tool:Conceptualized and designed the Auto-Ranging tool, aimed at optimizing Bay Plans for retailers.This tool plays a pivotal role in benchmarking performance against current ranging, enhancing decision-making processes for our clients.Creation of the dijuno Design System:Developed an extensive design system with a robust set of components for use in both design and development phases.Ensured consistency in user experience across all digital touchpoints, leading to a more coherent brand identity.Development of a Data Visualization Library:Crafted a library dedicated to data visualization, focusing on clarity and storytelling for client insights.This initiative has enabled clients to grasp complex data sets effortlessly, thereby facilitating informed decision-making.Prototyping and Demo Creation:Generated multiple prototypes and demos, catering to diverse client requirements and ideas.These efforts have been pivotal in securing client buy-in and illustrating the potential of our concepts.Collaboration with Development Teams:Worked closely with the development teams to streamline the implementation process.This collaboration ensured that design intentions were perfectly translated into functional applications.User Testing and Research:Conducted extensive testing and research to refine the application, focusing on optimization and user-centric improvements.These activities have been crucial in elevating the overall user experience and maintaining dijuno's competitive edge.
