Profile bio

About Sergey Toshin

I've been researching mobile security (mostly Android) within the last 8 years and submitting security reports to bug bounty programs. Based on my knowledge, I created an analyzer that automatically detects vulnerabilities in Android apps. It worked great: I found more vulnerabilities during the Google Play Security Rewards Program and earned more money than all other researchers combined. Throughout all my carrier as a bug bounty hacker, I submitted more than a thousand accepted reports and earned more than a million dollars. That's how I realized that the mobile world is completely insecure, and I can change that. This led to the creation of Oversecured. My passion is discovering new techniques and approaches to abuse mobile apps, automating them, and detecting all vulnerabilities in Android and iOS apps in one click.
