Responsible for leading a team of account managers dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients. Manage and solve conflicts with clients. Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others.
