This resulted in a low level of challenges to our internal categorisation.• On behalf of Senior Leadership Team, I ensured that group-wide projects on communication, income protection, system changes and service charges took account of the particular issues in supported housing.• Authored, commissioned and edited extensive guidance, devised and presented training sessions for colleagues, delivered conference presentations, briefed senior managers, and provided insight to board and programme colleagues, a regular news briefing, and broadcast webinars delivered live to hundreds of colleagues.• Devised workplan for ongoing work after my secondment ended.
