I have authored policy, commissioned and edited guidance, delivered conference presentations, devised and presented training for colleagues in person, by webinar and via e-learning.I interpret complex documents, for example care and support contracts, then ensure, assure and measure compliance by developing and implementing processes, risk mitigations and performance matrices.
