Brad Goodwin is an Operating Partner at NorthCurrent Partners and President of On Track Partners, a NorthCurrent platform company that acquires and grows garage door installation and service brands. At On Track Partners, Brad leads strategic initiatives, oversees operational integration across brands, and drives best-in-class training and support systems to deliver sustainable growth.Brad previously spent several years at Accenture, where he provided strategy and operations advisory services to executive teams at large privately owned and publicly traded companies. An expert in cost transformation, Brad spearheaded the development of several of the firm's offerings focused on cost reduction and margin optimization.Before joining Accenture, Brad held various roles in operations, marketing, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare industry. Additionally, he recently served as an advisor to the leadership team at Wedzee, a digital marketplace startup in the wedding industry.Brad holds an MBA with a concentration in Competitive Strategy from the University of Florida, where he was a Matherly Scholar. He also earned a graduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a BA from Millsaps College.Brad lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and three daughters.
