With over 10 years of experience as a Corporate Sustainability Lead at Accenture Middle East, I am passionate about making change happen in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) agenda, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and inclusion and diversity (I&D). I define and implement comprehensive sustainability vision and mission for companies, aligning their business objectives and stakeholder expectations with the their capacity to advance the SDGs. I also advise our leadership teams on ESG topics, leveraging my expertise in sustainability reporting, assessment, and impact.As a GRI Certified professional, I have successfully achieved winning recognitions in the last 5 cycles of Arabia CSR Awards for outstanding leadership and commitment to CSR and Sustainability in the Middle East. I have also been instrumental in developing and implementing high-impact initiatives that promote ethical supply chains, diversity and inclusion, environmental conservation, and community engagement. In addition, I act as an SDG Ambition Lead and an I&D Market Pillar Lead, enhancing our social innovation and empowerment. I am highly networked inside and outside Accenture, and I act as an advisor to leadership on Corporate Citizenship policy and procedure.My most recent learning field has been in the fields of CSRD & ESRS for corporates and the EU Taxonomy for the implications of this reporting approach for companies both in the EU and outside.
