- Resolve customer complaints through Sony Authorized Service Centers - Resolve customer complaints directly when needed- In control of all service activities and processes at Authorized Service Centers- Convey training of workflow service management- Liaise with a total of 10 Sony Service Centers in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, Yogyakarta, and Semarang area- Assists other area’s Service Center (Medan, Banjarmasin, Palembang, Riau)- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly activity report to regional and division head

- Confer with customers by phone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken- Resolve customers' complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers

- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients- Providing data and reports to help the sales team- Dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders

- Market visit- Ensure that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities as per Company SOP- Cooperate with VAIO sales team
