As an IT Support at one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia, I provide technical support Oracle E-Business Suite, an integrated set of business applications with a focus on the Finance and Accounting Module. I ensure business services start from communicating and gathering all user requirements, collaboration with developers or business analysts to designing flow, installation, testing, training programs, and writing a user guide program. Then monitoring services and providing technical support, identifying and resolving problems related to data, programs, or human error. I ensure IT services run well so that the company's business processes can be supported.

During this period, I learned about on-the-job training at Indomaret stores, on-the-job training at distribution centers, soft skill training in class, and retail competitor observation.Besides those activities, I also must make some projects called project assignments and project department to pass the trainee period.
