Recommend safely solutions to risk issues based Observation, Safety patrol, and Inspection. Construct a close out / final investigation report. External Focus on social impact contribute.

Evaluate contractor performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with SMK3 requirements. Carry out assurance audit/visit HSE performance and compliance with project requirements priority. Expertise maintaining an effective relationship, Provide HSE reports on performances and responsible to Operational Director on the monthly report. Provide input to project assurance plans, ensuring that appropriate OHSMS activities are included. Liaise with other function in CSTC (Construction Safety Training System) and clients.

Perform or arrange for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective valves, gaskets, or bearings, and/or fabrication of new parts.
