• Manage, analyze, evaluate and develop a report on the performance of 125 Small and Medium Enterprises in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia.• Conducting CSR program analysis and feedback on divisional performance used by stakeholders in making decisions.• Coordinating the implementation of the CSR Program carried out in 54 units throughout Indonesia.

• Created and maintained asset inventory of the 7 power plants within North Sulawesi Province with total assets value of 3 trillion IDR.• Conducted asset inventory at power plants spread across northern Sulawesi. • Ensured the flow of payments for the smooth operation of the power plant runs well.

• Responsible for financial reporting for Punagaya’s power plant, the largest power plant in eastern Indonesia with a total assets value of 4 trillion IDR.• Conducted an assets inventory at Punagaya’s power plant.• Ensured the flow of payments for the smooth operation of the power plant runs well by creating standard operating procedures.
