Be the first point of contact for stores and head office employees regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by HR Department, Executing the recruitment process for the Stores and Head Offices, Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties.

• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Manage employee relation activities, learning and development, counselling, transfer, engaging sitestaff, and internal and external communications.
• Provide comprehensive HR support to all business partners.
• Manage employees’ labor relations and welfare.
• Manage the payroll process and ensuring compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and update thecompany’s evaluation program.

• Position PurposeBahaa Allam - page 1Oversee Labor relations and Human Resource practices and initiatives. Contributes to the overallleadership of the personnel function including but not limited to labor legislation.
• Maintain compliance with all labor governmental authorities according to labor law and company policyand ensure labor related payments are processed monthly in timely manners
• Lead employment legal cycle starting from new contracts, probation period evaluation, and ensurecontracts’ renewal & termination are properly implemented in timely manner within company guidelines& labor law.
• Ensure an accurate preparation & completion of monthly payroll related entries including (Stores’operations, new hires coding, review salary codes of new/rehire employees, penalties, leaves,headcount calibration).
• Generate & analyze various personnel reports related to turnover, absenteeism, manpower legalsituation, and any assigned report supports HR & company in corporate decisions.
• On time finalize respond to labor and social insurance office audit requirements and employeegrievances.

Egypt

- Manage the implementation of Company and Business Strategies, Organizational Structures, JobDescriptions,- Selection and Recruitment Process, Employee Retention Programs, Authorities and ResponsibilitiesMatrices, - Internal Regulations, HR Manuals, Training Needs Assessment and Employee Training,- Compensation and Benefits - System, Performance.

- Plans and conducts new employee orientation program.- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules,working conditions, or promotion opportunities.- Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers.- Responsible for measuring the employee’s satisfaction and advising the management.

- Attracting applicants & creating a data base of CVs for applicants matching with therequired criteria for the major jobs & continuously update this data base.- Initial interviewing for the major jobs vacancies & deciding if the applicant will move tonext level of interviewing or not.- Coordinating the feedback between the different levels of interviewing.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, filtering CVS and keep the database updated.Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.Coordinate & participate in employment fairs.Manage the on-boarding process for new employees.Assist the HR supervisor in the performance evaluation process.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.Respond to.
