•Set invoices up for payment &Review and verify invoices and check requests. Utilities (gas, water, electricity, security, cleaning, transportation and courier services, Rents& Solar) for Transportation of finished product for all factories•Prepare customers’ refunds and claims.•Coordinate payments to local vendors & employees. Meet audit requirements and explain with supported documents.•Responsible to manage the finance records and maintain day to day documents filing.•Responsible about relationships with third party contractor company (prepare reconciliations, process invoices and payments as well as booking in SAP).

Ensure the accuracy of Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliation  Reviewing tax status of our clients with respect to tax laws.  Preparing salary tax statements and calculate salary tax and social insurance.  Prepares monthly Withholding Tax Report to be sent to Tax office.  Preparing all analysis for tax inspection  Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents. Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation. Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
