I began my career with Izzat Daouk in Lebanon, where I was instrumental in shaping the strategy for the Distribution arm at IDM Company, focusing on price structure and sales policies. In 2013, I transitioned to the Saudi operations, managing the Riyadh branch's Retail and Distribution departments and successfully overseeing the opening of three retail branches.By 2018, I took on the responsibility of managing the entire Saudi operations, which now includes 11 retail branches and two distribution arms across major cities in KSA. Over my 13-year career, I have gained extensive experience across various fields and functions within the beauty and hair industry, continually learning and adapting to the industry's evolving demands.In 2020, I led my team to enhance our e-commerce and digital presence, significantly boosting our top-line and bottom-line results in the digital department.
