• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped, methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock, and related problems. Prevent negative stock by.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
• Ensure of accuracy of inventory by making random physical inventory for some departments which due to decreasing of stock loss and to attain the head department to make sufficient procedures to save stock loss for.
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.

• Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
• Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.
• Review negative stock by using suitable procedures to make adjustment transactions by reviewing item movement and other reasons.
• Day to day ordering of materials and internal manufacturing orders Control.
• Update and maintain stock records using Stock Count Forms.
