Management & Coaching:• Coach and enhance the skills of team members.• Lead and support the team through individual interviews and team meetings.• Pay attention to the spirit and mindset of team members and sustain their motivation.• Promote the values of the group and ensure they are embodied and carried out.• Ensure compliance with all regulations on data security and confidentiality.• Support agents in training stage and those with specific needs in their skills enhancement.• Be involved in the recruitment process of agents.• Sponsor junior Team Leaders Performance monitoring:• Monitor daily individual and team performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement the necessary action plans.• Proactively alert on potential problems that may affect production.• Handle difficult and challenging calls.• Take calls for a minimum of 2 hours per month to maintain work proficiency.• Carry out and present floor indicators analysis and the relevant action plans.• Analyze production KPIs; • Conduct production-related challenges.• Assist in the enhancement of the service and products of the client.• Guarantee full compliance of the activities with Intelcia’s processes of production, security, and confidentiality. Administrative management:• Monitor the working time of agents in accordance with the company's regulations.• Ensure administrative supervision of team members (leave, delay, absence);• Guarantee compliance with the company's regulations and standards.• Provide team’s production report when required
