Manage a team of supervisors, processors and assistants in providing a timely and efficient service to Business / Direct Sales Units in processing and disbursing a wide range of finance products.Operating under two core banking systems, with many manual controls for the Intersystem transactions.Played a major role during the Implementation of the company's core financing system iMal, preparing UAT scripts, scenarios, and making sure of the accounting entries of each financing product.Make sure all facilities are processed and disbursed within tight TAT while maintaining sufficient controls over quality and accuracy of deals processed.Ensure all the ensuing support services relating to facilities management and maintenance; top ups, early settlements, deferrals, are all processed accurately.Ensuring Daily activity logs are checked and reconciled daily and areas of weakness are spotted to prevent recurrence of such errors.Ensure strict adherence to Bank's policies and procedures as well as other product related policies.Grant support to Branch Operations and ensure that all operational processes are passed out efficiently in a well-timed manner.Continuously monitor the suitability of various forms, applications, agreements and contracts used, and ensure timely amendments, creation of new forms.Develop and implement all operational activities, and modify them when necessary.Provide appropriate reports to Head of Operations and other managers / departments with ADNIFC and NBAD periodically.Represent Operational issues in the system implementation and ensure timely enhancement / modification of the system in this regard.Report to the Department's Head on all day to day activities, approve and authorize financial transactions, oversee the Monthly reconciliation of all accounts and attend department meetings.

Supervise processing of Islamic financing products such as Murabaha, Ijara, Istisnaa, Mudaraba, and International Islamic Syndication for Corporate & Commercial businesses. Supervise all operational functions of checking and auditing of documents pertaining to transactions in accordance with product financing policies and procedures.Comply with the requirements and guidelines of Audit and Islamic Shari'a.Maintain adherence to Service Delivery Standards (SDS) by processing transaction within set TAT.Handle customer queries Monitoring & Control - Exercise regular audit trails, reconciliation of accounts and checking of daily entry postings. Review of MIS reports and rectify shortfalls.Process Improvement - Improve processes workflow and automate various functions.Maintain Documentation Control - through imaging and archiving.MIS Reporting for senior management feedback - Submission of monthly / quarterly / half-yearly reports / appraisals within prescribed deadlines. Support Manager to maintain tight and high quality operational and administrative controls through timely reporting.Leading financing of IPO at Islamic Finance Operations - Supervising full operational functions of IPO Financing from receiving the original Subscription forms along with the Financing documents, leading a group of 5-8 staff and supervising them on each stage (Encoding, filtering, checking, dispatching etc), coordinate between banks that has credit lines with us, from Subscription to Refund.
