My name is Bahaaddin Salim (1988), CEO of NASS AL-IRAQ holding. I have a practical and academic background in Businesses Management, ICT, and Media Industry. I am a member of the Iraqi Angel Network which is the first angel group in the country.NASS AL-IRAQ holding is a conglomerate of subsidiaries that establish and empower business strategies via Innovation, modern management, and digital transformation.I have been utilizing results-oriented, and builder/mentor approaches to deal with the opportunities, challenges, and risks of Iraqi entrepreneurship. With more than 15 years of experience, I have been managing and leading the growth of the small and medium companies of NASS AL-IRAQ holding. As part of my responsibilities, I engage in activities to provide mentorship, leading by example, and getting together to empower “people, community, and businesses”. This is based on the philosophy that building the individuals is building the group that forms the community on which businesses are built and derived.
