My work responsibilities included: To coordinate with all official foreign connections related to the Ministry as a point of contact, To organize multilateral international meetings and bilateral visits hosted by the Ministry. During such meetings, we were handling logistical challenges (accommodation and transportation), addressing all their queries or demands, and managing a smooth process for procuring the goods and services To determine, prepare and execute the content and program of the international meetings or bilateral visits and report them. To coordinate with the Minister and the high-ranked officers on different visits to other countries and accompany them when needed. To participate in international meetings, conferences, or seminars as a representative from the Ministry, In the last four years, I was the coordinator, a kind of team leader, for the bilateral and multilateral branches.
