I have about 20 years’ experience in technical operation experience at national and international companies, textile, home appliances, FMCG and automotive companies. During my career I have been working different positions in maintenance departments and I was always in production area. I had built my career on strong through experience in maintenance departments that consisting of TPM, maintenance management system establishment, OEE, continuous improvement, new machinery installation, start of production (SOP), investment and overhead budget management, spare part management, cost & energy saving projects, 6 sigma and investment projects management.In order to be able to experiences all functions at technical side and in a plant, I aimed to take responsibility and managerial role from blue collar management to cost and financial side.In my professional career, two things that I believe in and always prioritize have been delegation and training for my organization. I can motivate my team successfully to fulfill the targets as required. The driving forces behind my decisions are always lean manufacturing criteria, analysis based on KPI management, and cost-effective methods or practices.Other important points that I care about encouraging departments, sections or even shifts to work in a competitive atmosphere and team work as well. Thus, the success is achievable faster by this way and occurs innovative results.I apply a management style that does not give a special priority to occupational safety but takes it as a natural part of the business. In order to develop the occupational safety culture within the factory, to ensure that every employee is an occupational safety employee, I organize team works for risky points or machines having potentials for accident in plant and encourage participation in frequent internal trainings and external programs to change their perspective. When necessary, I become an active participant in the trainings myself and I also give some trainings.I have joined many projects as project leader or a member, machine investment projects, cost saving projects, improvement projects etc.Throughout my professional career I have always find to chance to work in executive positions. During this period, I always found opportunities for new beginnings, new facilities, system developing or at renewal processes, so; I think that I have great experience and the ability to react quickly to new processes.
