I graduated from Anadolu University Aviation Management Department in 2019. After graduation, I have been working at Havaş Ground Handling Company for about 4 years. I spent the first year of my working life as a check-in agent and the remaining 3 years as a visa-passport officer to carry out document checks, which became difficult with the onset of travel restrictions brought about by the pandemic. During this entire working period, I have been working as a dedicated staff for an airline chosen the best in the world. I effectively use the Altea system, which is used for check-in processes, and the Timatic system, which the current customs rules of the countries can be followed.
