- Maintaining a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification- Coaching 9-15 classes a week- Responsible for handling any transactions for the members or any guest drop-ins- Responsible for creating a daily warm-up for all classes when starting off the day at the 5 A.M shift- Observing over all athletes to make sure they maintain proper form and technique to avoid any injuries- Responsible for opening and closing facility for any 5 A.M. or 7 P.M. shifts- Promoted to General Manager in June 2017- Started a kids program in June of 2017 that consists of coaching 5-10 kids three days a week, from ages 6-17• In charge of writing weekly programming for the kids and teens classes, and coaching each class• Involved in setting up new memberships and coaching them through the gym's introduction class• Responsible for the gym phone and answering inquiry calls from possible members and business inquiries
