• Dealing with guest complaints, answering subscribers’ phone calls• Recording and notifying negative points for further improvement• Anticipating and troubleshooting issues when they occur• Translating, contributing to preparation and editting materials for the website• Promoting the benefits of TV channel packages and attracting more subscirbers • Performing other assigned duties

• Organizing of various tourist services in the tourist attractions functioning in the reserve territory • Monitoring the work of information points operating in the area, ensuring cooperation among them, as well as with different travel agencieas and organizations within the company • Guiding commercial and official tours & providing the guests with the information about the area, history, culture, ethnography of the country, etc. • Replying emails and phone calls, interpreting in various projects implemented in the reserve• Cooperating with the local and foreign TV channels, participating in the preparation process of programs about the heritage of the Old City, conservation and restoration • Preparing daily and monthly reports, conducting statistics of the company operation and tourist surveys for the overall service evaluation • Training and instructing of the new joiners & volunteer groups • Working as a part of a team and an individual in order to ensure smooth cooperation of the different departments and organizations within the reserve• Supervising volunteer teams of the events organized in the reserve area, carrying out the supply of the events with various materials and facilities

• Connect with different companies and societies• Translate received e-mails and reply to them• Release news about activities of the organization into media
