About Bahar Noroozi

High-energy, extremely ambitious and focused. I can be easily described in these three little words. I started my amazing journey when I was 15 I decided that I want to be a Psychologist and I really meant it.I was so determined and serious about my choice that I passed the BIG, SCARY university entrance exam successfully and find my way to one of the most credible, best universities in Tehran/Iran, “Shahid Beheshti Univeristy” to study Clinical Psychology.Then I realised I am standing at the beginning of a longer journey, longer that I imagined at 15. So I decided to get out of my comfort zone and continue my studies in another country and even change my direction to something more unique, with Psychology involved!In a blink of an eye, 2 years passed and I got my Masters degree in Organisational Psychology and Business from Aston University, UK. That was when I saw myself in my desirable track in life.My serious career life started from 2010 and has been active till now. From Sales consultant to cover my student life expenses, to Head of Recruitment department to helping businesses find their perfect hires. These are the few real-life skills I have learned and mastered during these years:-Trying innovative resolutions regarding typical and common hiring problems. -Developing procedures, policies & standards for recruitment. -Knowledge of specialist and updated HR software and automated systems. -Working in fast paced, high transaction volume international environment. -Ability to organise & priorities workload within any setting. -Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English.-Maintaining all HR paperwork to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. -Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. -Able to grasp companies’ culture quickly to plan accordingly.-Strong influencing and communication skills. -Ability and motivation to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
