Operations Coordinator
CurrentDuring this time my responsibilities have been:- Scheduling the initial request for steel house frames and linings job bookings from internal and external stakeholders, entering the job information and documentation into the system accurately and meeting the customer requirements where possible.- Rescheduling jobs where required including consulting with and advising relevant stakeholders, and prioritising customers based on advice received. - Undertaking general administrative duties, including general email and job status management, data entry, certificates of compliance, reviewing purchase orders received, processing purchase orders and relevant job documentation in preparation for material ordering, etc.- Creating labour contracts for linings supervisors and corresponding subcontractor team. - Coordinating multi-product quotes requested by customers and internal account managers. - Providing training to internal team members, e.g: scheduling Form 12 inspection bookings for steel frames; scheduling plaster delivery, install, and maintenance bookings for linings; reviewing purchase orders received and creating corresponding job in system; creating labour contracts; processing purchase orders and relevant job documentation in preparation for material ordering.- Assisting internal garage doors teams with processing of customer remote kits and scheduling garage door measure and installs.
