During this time my responsibilities have been:- Scheduling the initial request for steel house frames and linings job bookings from internal and external stakeholders, entering the job information and documentation into the system accurately and meeting the customer requirements where possible.- Rescheduling jobs where required including consulting with and advising relevant stakeholders, and prioritising customers based on advice received. - Undertaking general administrative duties, including general email and job status management, data entry, certificates of compliance, reviewing purchase orders received, processing purchase orders and relevant job documentation in preparation for material ordering, etc.- Creating labour contracts for linings supervisors and corresponding subcontractor team. - Coordinating multi-product quotes requested by customers and internal account managers. - Providing training to internal team members, e.g: scheduling Form 12 inspection bookings for steel frames; scheduling plaster delivery, install, and maintenance bookings for linings; reviewing purchase orders received and creating corresponding job in system; creating labour contracts; processing purchase orders and relevant job documentation in preparation for material ordering.- Assisting internal garage doors teams with processing of customer remote kits and scheduling garage door measure and installs.

During this time my responsibilities were:- Updating existing standard designs- Producing new standard designs- Producing documentation/sales sets- Coordinating drafting team to complete work- Revising documentation and ensuring drawings are completed in accordance with Stroud Homes’ standards and drafting procedures- Liaising with graphic designers and 3D architectural visualisers to produce/update marketing material

During this time my responsibilities were: - Conducting preliminary property searches (property enquiries and asset location)- Liaising with clients in regards to their requests for the project and recording notes discussed between client and designer- Consulting with structural engineer- Carrying out on-site measurements and drawings of existing dwellings/structures - Assisting head designer with proposed designs/concepts for various projects- Completing technical documentation (existing, proposed concept, and final construction drawings)

During this time my responsibilities were:- Producing architectural detail drawings for construction documentation of various residential and commercial projects - Following instructions of architects and construction manager - Assisting and cooperating with internal design team (following instructions, investigating design and construction ideas, checking of construction codes, etc)- Liasing with external suppliers, and the internal sales and procurement team- Revising external suppliers quotes (windows) for accuracy against architectural detail drawings

During this time my responsibilities were:- Sales - Production of marketing material for new and existing residential designs- Assisting with the production of documentation for residential projects
