Projects ranged from 326,000 to 440,000 sq. ft.- Led virtual design and construction (VDC) endeavors from Pre-Construction through Construction. Managed project model setup, maintenance, and project coordination efforts.- Utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project coordination and to streamline the project life cycle.- Implemented 4D schedules and conducted logistics/construction simulations to support project pursuits, bids and marketing. - Collaborated with Field Operations VPs to develop logistics plans, scheduling, and pre-construction activities.- Managed reviewing and processing of project submittals, including drawings and RFIs, to maintain project documentation integrity.- Prepared shop drawings and constructability analysis, ensuring alignment with project guidelines.- Conducted clash detection with various project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other trades.- As-built documentation for quality assurance and quality control.- Directed junior Engineers and interns in support of projects and conducted staff training.APM:APM on projects including Capitol Crossing, 700 Penn, Midtown Center. Projects ranged from 415,000 to 875,000 sq. ft.- Monitored project schedule, budget and adherence to project specifications.- Provided document control oversight, submittal coordination with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.- Conducted construction progress meetings, provided conflict resolution.- Managed processing and distribution of project submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documents and shop drawings.
