• Perform in electrical troubleshooting, service and repair• Perform Routine Maintenance activity in CRA machine• PLC and machinery PC troubleshooting (Yaskawa and Allen Bradley)• Automatic Welding Transformer troubleshooting• Servo motor and drive troubleshooting• Ethernet communication link troubleshooting• Communication with Engineer about troubleshooting • Provide daily reporting and investigation report

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and theneed for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes and for safety.• Setup machines and equipment, and make Ethernet link for communication interface to machine and machine to machine.• Diagnose Laser Marked malfunctioning (coherent and hypertonic) and resolve the malfunctions• Diagnose Nano Coating machine (SIEMENS) malfunctioning & test machine and discusesmalfunction with provider machine. • Provide daily report and Investigation report

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.• Generator malfunctioning & repair and synchronize generator with synchronization panel• Troubleshooting of Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance covering Tower crane, Traveler crane, • Troubleshooting of Transporter, crawler crane, truck crane, OHT crane, truck, Excavator and boom lift• Automatic Blasting Plate machine service and repair • Electrical power line installation and maintenance, low, medium and high voltage, cable • Communication & cable control, Junction Box, main breaker Panel, control motor &• Blower panel installation.
