Airplane Condition Monitoring System (ACMS) for the Single Aisle and Long Range aircraft. Flight Data Interface Management Unit (FDIMU) can collect, store and forward raw aircraft data. There is no consistent interface format (PDF, WORD and different Excel lists), therefore high effort is needed to gather the right data from these documents. One solution is to deploy a local ACMS database. Design, production and integration of fuselage of the A350 Family. In the production steps of different parts of the airplane's fuselage, some interface points need to be tested for any nonconformity from the change request. This test is done by using a 3-D design program (CATIA V5). Delivery problems due to nonconformity, delivery delays by suppliers, or fleet management could happen during the process.
