A native of Columbus, MS, Brian is a Member of Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc, where his practice primarily focuses on construction and commercial litigation. While Brian provides his clients with a wealth of trial and arbitration experience in construction defect and construction site liability claims, his career spans over 25 years practicing in MS, where he has litigated general business disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, commercial trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, as well as uninsured motorists claims. Brian is also a trained and practicing mediator and is included in the MS Bar Association’s Mediator’s Directory.Brian belongs to both the Defense Research Institute (DRI) as well as the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). He is active on numerous committees with CLM, including, Construction Defect and Construction Site Accidents Committee and the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. Through his Committee work, Brian routinely provides educational training to claims industry professionals.
