 Responsible for Desktops/Laptops/Printer Setups and troubleshooting of various peripheral issues related to printers and desktops/laptops. Work closely with various teams who were responsible for execution of various IT projects & AMC’s works. Administrating application support, performance monitoring, Antivirus and Bud fixing via McAfee, Symantec / Norton. Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express setup and troubleshooting.

 Provide Technical support to domestic and international users via remote and on desk. Working on Ticket BIN/SLA, mails and semi-voice and provide the support to user accordingly, achieved 95% user satisfaction via Remote/mails of users. Manage & Support all the routine calls with E-Helpline Mechanism. Handling day to day IT / tech support for Desktop, Laptops, LAN, Printers, and Voice. Provide the RCA for repeated issues and share all the workaround with team members and share all the queries and suggestion with IT Manager to perform project activity. Responsible for installation large software/ application and WIN OS via SCCM.  Follow all the Aricent Group IT Policies & Share the reports on monthly basis with IT Manager. Involved in all the weekly activities for asset inventory, AV, SEP Installation, SCCM Client. Managing and troubleshooting of all the Software that runs in client environment. Communicate with concern team for any type of issue (Like: WIN Team, Network Team, Proxy Team, VPN Team, and Hardware Team) and resolve the same on priority.  Video/Audio Conferencing setup in meeting rooms/boardrooms for meetings.
