Royal Agro Products & Seeds Ltd was setup in the niche market in the field of Agricultural research in India. We produce specialized Hybrid Seeds for Rice, Cotton, Wheat, Corn, Sunflower, Castor and various other pulses & grains, plantations for Turmeric and plantations of various varieties of Mangoes.We Carry out intensive research in our Fields and Laboratories to produce the seed which has high rate of Germination, is more resistant to harsh environments (Less Water availability, Insect Infestation, etc) and produces high yield of crops. We make maximum use of all types of subsidiaries provided by the Government of India for Agricultural Purposes. We have recently expanded our portfolio into Sheep Farming where we have procured over 750 local breed sheep at two of our farm locations in Andhra Pradesh.

Prepared the Master Programme as per the Project Contract requirements. The project was under delay due to lack of design information and IFC drawings from the consultant, hence I had to prepare and submit Delay programmes highlighting the impact to the main contractor to help them secure an Extension of Time. Currently also prepared a recovery programme to mitigate the delay and come up with a workable schedule of works while monitoring increased Manpower and costs.

Since my Graduation in 2009, I have been involved as a Deputy / News Editor in a team of fellow graduates who are responsible for the UOWD Alumni's Stay Connected Newsletter. Initially I was based in the Pre Construction department where I prepared high level programmes for various projects that BK Gulf was bidding for. Later on I was shifted to Al-Zeina Project in Abu Dhabi (a huge mixed development comprising of 1221 dwellings, commercial areas and Carparks) where along with a team of planners I developed Master programmes for different areas of the project. Progress monitoring was carried out on weekly basis and I reported any current/forthcoming delays to the Project Director. During the course of this project I have also prepared various programmes for delay impact, extension of time and recovery schedules. The project peaked at over 2900 men onsite and I was responsible to monitor productivity and report it on weekly basis. I was also responsible for preparing monthly progress reports for higher management's review and for the purposes of monthly payment applications.
