• Integrated a new mechanistic cutting force identification approach module to CutPro.• Developed and planned manufacturing stages of mechanical parts via CNC machines. The process included part design, trajectory optimization, modal analysis, chatter avoidance, and drive tuning. Tools used were CutPro, Siemens NX, MachPro, MatLab.• Identified and updated cutting force coefficients for the CutPro database.
