- Responsibilities:• Preparing the man hours estimate for architecture tasks.• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.• Managing full projects in design stage.• Concept design, schematic design, Design development, and project management of the projects.• Leading a design team throughout the project phases.• Coordination with all disciplines, MEP, Sustainability, Structure & Landscaping. • Prepare working drawings and following the submission to get the Authority permit approval.• Attending design discussion meetings with the clients and /or client’s representative.• Resolve field conflicts and problems in respect of shop drawing/building construction.• Involvement with Value Engineering.

• Design plans sections, elevations and volume study.• Coordinate with other sections to serve a workable design.• Drawing my design works using AutoCAD and 3D max. • Interior Design tasks.
