BERKM inc is a material science company that works on solving plastic pollution, CO2 emissions, and beverage& food waste problems. The company does this via additive technology that enables 8-20% less plastic per packaging unit. The technology also enables to reduce waste by extending product shelf life(3X-5X). Other benefits include substantial cost savings from materials& equipment and new product lines. The differentiation comes from significantly improving several material properties (29X) while keeping crucial transparency and improving recyclability. The technology gained significant traction from the plastic packaging industry($234B), including most of the global brand owners.

Flux is a new startup in the membrane materials field, a spinoff from UC, Berkeley. Compared to conventional membrane systems, Flux's benefit to the customer is a 5.4X reduction in product loss from slip-through, 52% reduction in CAPEX, 58% in OPEX, and 55% less of flared CO2. The technology can be applied for natural gas, biogas, hydrogen purification, and paraffin/olefin separation processes. Enabling innovation is new gas separation material.

Eurekite is working on commercialization of revolutionary 100% pure flexible ceramic materials. The technology can be applied for electronics, high-temperature filtration, and many other applications. Eurekite aims to establish the first industrial-scale production of these materials.

Was the deputy of the production manager. Was overseeing all production processing and also coordinating with other parts of the business. Key achievement: Was awarded a medal as one of the key contributors to the record high gold production. Medal was made from gold&silver. Especially proud that the gold and silver were extracted by our team.
