The internship ais carried out in the field where they have been placed, namely in the processing work unit. The activities and tasks carried out include:1. Translate and summarize archives from Dutch to Indonesian for user consumption purposes. This activity is given as a task so it is not an everyday activity.2. Relocating archives from their original place to a new place so that the process of searching or rediscovering archives is easier.Editing the inventory, namely re-checking the processed documents technically, such as tidying up the reference format, adding information about the archive, creating an index of names in the archive, and so on.4. Adding archive descriptions, namely re-matching the descriptions in the archive list/inventory with existing archives and recording the number of archives in the form of empty archives or archives that are not registered in the archive list/inventory.5. Taking a paleography class as an optional activity but irecommended to train workers in reading writings that can be found in older archives so as to help the description process.6. Carrying out archive finalization meetings to recap the archives that have been processed.
