The continuous domino effect of making lives better is inevitable when a school system is well supported with strong fundamental employees who are there to support the children. These children will go on to create the future, making this seemingly simple impact so exponential.My role is to be the main point of contact for candidates and place them in positions they are well-suited to fill. Finding a mutually beneficial placement for both the candidate and the school is my main priority.As important as my position is to me, a work-life balance is necessary to reduce stress and make my work feel even more fulfilling. When I'm not working, I spend my time at concerts, traveling, or relaxing at the beach. Overall, my focus in life is to spend my time doing the things I love - whether it be at work or after hours.
