A hard-working and determined nutritionist and personal trainer trying to change as many lives as possible! Currently, I am employed at VShred as a High Ticket Plan trainer where I coach, manage and create nutrition and workout plans for over 70 customers. I follow a mindful eating approach, while still providing individualized diets that are best suited for each client. Client also receive nutrition education in order to ensure their long-term success. The three areas of healthy eating that I focus on mostly with my clients include consistency, food choices, and portion control. After three months of working as an High Ticket Plan trainer, I was promoted to the VShred success coordinator position to ensure customer satisfaction as well as provide support to all employees within the HTP department. I always love speaking with others and learning more about their experience as a coach.
