At Starbucks my main responsibility is to my customers, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave, my job is to make their experience as pleasant as possible! I ring up orders on the cash registers, and I make the drinks as well. I also help with opening and closing duties. Starbucks is a very team oriented environment so I work very closely with my team members to get everything done.

At O'currance, my job was to take phone calls for different products and to assist the customer in buying the right product. It was also my responsibility to direct them to the correct line for any issue that needed to be resolved. Customer service was very important with O'currance, I found that there was a challenge in the lack of face to face interaction I was used to from my previous retail positions. As a result I learned how to make a connection with each and every customer, which helped me really get to know them and exactly what they were looking for, which always results in a happy customer!

At P.S. by Aeropostale my main job was to man the cash register. I completed returns and exchanges, I focused on customer service, Recovered the store, Stocked items, and I helped to close and open the store. Another important part of working there was being a good role model seeing as P.S. was a children's clothing store and families were our main customer base.

During my time spent with Gymboree, I learned to operate the cash register, I became practiced perfoming in-store orders, returns and exchanges, and cleaning and organizing the store. I worked in Fashion show mall, which is notorious for having a lot of tourists, so naturally I learned a lot from the people I met throughout my time here, learning about different cultures and working with the customer to overcome any language barrier there might have been.
