• Schedule full-time, part-time, float, and PRN staff to work at multiple healthcare clinics each week• Strategic management of day-to-day clinic operations and future planning• Serve as a resource for employees for their questions and concerns and coordinate communication between departments• Analyze and interpret data to highlight successes and gaps or areas for improvement• Lead teams at multiple sites to provide high quality healthcare and maintain clean, professional clinics• Facilitate personal and team growth through educational experiences and dedicated team development activities• Provide feedback to employees based on performance expectations and company values• De-escalate scenarios where patients are unhappy with their experience through investigation and personal communication• Brainstorm, create, review, and implement policies/procedures, guidelines, and updates at each site• Maintain compliance with company standards and state and federal laws

Worker’s Compensation Management• Track pertinent and necessary workers compensation data to analyze and strategize cost-effective solutions and programs• Implement process flows to maintain high standards of practice for workers compensation management protocols• Collaborate with multi-specialty professionals to successfully decrease workers compensation costs and increase quality of care• Serve as a liaison between patients, their providers, and insurance companies• Review and discount incoming medical and workers compensation bills• Negotiate with Centers of Excellence healthcare institutions to set up direct billing agreements for discounted rates• Maintain compliance with OSHA and Indiana Workers Compensation board guidelinesOccupational Health and Primary Care Clinic Operations• Research, interview, and partner with 3rd party vendors to improve resources and programming offered to our patients• Subject matter expert of EMR system through implementation and training of 8 staff members• Direct and monitor patient referrals to outside providers to ensure high quality, consistent care• Assist support staff with front office clinic management tasks• Send appointment reminders, information, and updates via a communication platformCertified Athletic Trainer• Evaluate and treat injured employees and their spouses and dependents• Develop and perform post offer evaluation tests for prospective employees• Initiate early intervention programs to decrease risk of injury• Communicate with physicians and implement post-injury/surgery rehabilitation protocols• Design and present educational materials focused on workplace safety• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations based on findings
