I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate in the state of Texas, and I am supervised by Kelsey Haka, LPC-S. My primary research and therapeutic interests lie in the formation and identification of disordered eating patterns and subclinical eating disorders in female athletes. As a former college athlete,I have seen firsthand the dire need for more research and support for athletes navigating body image in the midst of sport. In my spare time, I am the head coach for Lifetime Swim in Frisco. I love working with athletes, adolescents, and individuals navigating identity concerns. Above all, I am committed to empowering women and athletes, promoting anti-diet self-acceptance, and cheering people on.
