As the Director of Events and Community Partnerships at Victory Junction, I lead the planning and execution of various events and programs that support the organization's mission of enriching the lives of children with serious illnesses. I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and over five years of experience in the entertainment and sports industry. Previously, I was the Entertainment Manager at Las Vegas Raiders, where I managed the game day entertainment and fan engagement for the NFL team. I also worked as a Marketing Intern at Indianapolis Colts, where I assisted with the marketing and promotion of the team and its events. I have strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and time management, which enable me to deliver high-quality events that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and the participants. I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful experiences that inspire and empower the children and their families.
