Bailey has demonstrated the ability to enhance and advance any operations environment he is placed in. Bailey is detail oriented and a personal motivator with a drive for optimization. While being appointed the technical manager and design lead for several projects, and by concurrently maintaining dual certification as a conjunction assessment technician and a human spaceflight orbital safety analyst, he developed an in depth understanding of space domain awareness weapon systems, DoD policies, and commercial resources/tools. In the SDA realm, he can independently identify problems ahead of time, design efficient solutions, and execute said solutions himself using his programming knowledge and experience. With a natural talent for communication and interpersonal skills, Bailey is consistently an effective leader and follower.
