As an Office Support Coordinator for the Fiscal Services Department, I am responsible for overseeing account payable, and work closely with the University's Main Accounting Office. I ensure daily deposits are completed correctly, and in a timely manner. A large part of my position is payroll, as a payroll reporter, I am over 210 employee timecards. Using KRONOS I make any changes needed, and ensure each employee is paid correctly. I work closely with our FMLA Coordinator to ensure any employee on FMLA is taken care of and is returned, in the system, from FMLA at the correct time. I submit necessary paperwork to complete terminations, pay rate changes, FTE adjustments, etc. Because of this I work very closely with the University's Human Resources Office. I report directly to the Financial Director of the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, and assist her in anything she asks of me. I am also the hospital's contact for The Archer System, which is the contract management system the University uses.

I assist the VP of Sales and Marketing. I am involved in planning large events, in and out of state.
