I have a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation. I have represented clients in actions involving shareholder disputes, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, wrongful termination, securities fraud, unfair and deceptive business practices, whistleblower actions and other disputes involving a wide variety of legal issues.
